There's no way to convey the scale of this project on the web. To begin the project, it was necessary to build an island, to house the temporary factories that produced the piers and seabed mattresses. You have to see it in person.
The piers were made on the island, then the island was flooded so that special boats could manuever them into position. The entire project used 64 piers. This is an extra one.
