South Point is the southernmost point in the United States. To get there, yout take a long, lonely, narrow road—almost surreal. Unfortunately, there's no point of reference in this photo, so it's impossible to comprehend how enormous these windmills were. The also made a tremendous whirring sound, like an invasion of a fleet of flying saucers.
